JEFF WILLIAMS

Eagle’s Nest Ministry began in March of 2006 by pastor Jeff Williams as an outreach program to help heal and restore those with wounded hearts. With 36 years of ministry experience and a 10 year “wilderness” experience, Williams felt more than equipped to be a pastor to the broken.

PASTOR JEFF WILLIAMS – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

With over 40 years in ministry Jeff has dedicated himself to the care and restoration of souls from all walks of life.  A lifelong resident of Conroe, Texas, Jeff is a visionary, always seeking pathways for helping individuals find hope and healing.  March of 2006 was the launch date for Eagles Nest Ministries. In 2015 the addition of Soaring Eagles Academy, a 12-month, faith-based re-entry program for parolee’s was founded.  Since that time, 58 men have come through the program with a less than 2% recidivism rate that has saved the state of Texas over eight million dollars in tax-payers money. By 2021 Eagles Nest Ministries hopes to open the five-bay automotive center which will be called Soaring Eagles Automotive.  By 2022 the goal is to have built and established a fully autonomous community for ex-offenders that will include permanent housing for 30 plus families of our graduates.

JERRY JAMES – PRESIDENT

Jerry James is the owner of Jerry James & Associates, a Management Consulting Firm established in 2005.  Under Jerry’s leadership, the firm has provided professional services to investors, senior management teams, emerging businesses, and municipalities.  These services include evaluation/implementation of business models, project management, product development/implementation, network operations/deployments, application of new technology, mergers/acquisitions /integration plans, wholesale and retail marketing/sales, customer service, corporate culture, and organizational structures. With over 45 years of experience Jerry has worked in numerous industries on behalf of his clients with a primary focus on the communications industry.

LLOYD HEBERT – VICE PRESIDENT

Lloyd P. Hebert is the owner & founder of Hebert Financial Services. He has been in the financial services industry for more than 25 years. Lloyd is a registered representative of Cetera Advisors LLC, a registered broker/dealer and member FINRA & SIPC. He is a lifetime member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table based on sales, as a member of both the Top of the Table and Court of the Table. He has the Series 6, 63 & 65 registrations and is also an Investment Advisor Representative of Cetera Advisors LLC, a registered investment advisor. Lloyd is a graduate of Sam Houston University in 1985 where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Finance.

JANA JORDAN – TREASURER

Jana Jordan and her husband, Carey, own Townhall Texas, a wedding and event venue in Montgomery County. Before moving to Montgomery County, Jana was a public-school teacher and worked as an Education Specialist with the Education Service Center, Region 2 with Drug Free Schools and Communities. Jana joined Eagle’s Nest Ministries in 2008 and was in the first group of participants to graduate from all Four Phases of Training. She has been a volunteer at Eagle’s Nest Ministries as a Children’s Bible Teacher and now as a Board Member. Jana and Carey have been married 36 years, have 2 sons, and 2 grandsons who take up much of their present time.

STEPHANIE J. HALL - SECRETARY

Stephanie is a qualified attorney who holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in Houston Texas.  Having been licensed for 28 years, Stephanie has experience in several areas of law including contracts and agreements, consumer protection, construction and development, appeals, arbitration, mediation, and litigation. Her special area of focus however is surrounding family law.  Areas of practice include CPS, Probate, Guardianship, Private and CPS Adoptions.  Stephanie has received special training in Basic and Family Mediation in 2002, Collaborative Family Law in both November of 2004 and June of 2006, and Collaborative Probate Law in August of 2005.  She has completed coursework as Attorney Ad Litem, has tried numerous bench and jury trials, both civil and family and has done Appellate work acting as lead attorney for civil family and CPS appeals and has assisted with other civil appeal cases.  Stephanie has authored articles for OSHA PSM: Impact on Accident/Incident Investigation and has co-authored a classroom book regarding the revised Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. JUDGE WAYNE MACK - MEMBER

Montgomery County Texas

Judge Wayne Mack has had a distinguished career of public service and law enforcement in Montgomery County. In 1985 Wayne worked for a local church’s youth department and joined the Building Maintenance Dept. of Montgomery County in 1986. Wayne’s work ethic & dedication led to rapid promotion to Foreman and soon after to the role of Supervisor. In 1995, Commissioner’s Court named Wayne the Director of Building Custodial Services for Montgomery County until May 2014.

After winning the 2014 Republican Primary, Montgomery County Commissioners' Court appointed Judge Mack to fulfill retiring Judge Lanny Moriarty's unexpired term and was sworn in on May 1st, 2014. Judge Mack began his elected 4-year term Jan 1, 2015. In short time he has been in office he has kept his promises to increase Court operations office hour to 5 days a week, implemented new Court management software and updated technology and started a new Chaplaincy program that currently has over 60 Churches and Pastors participating that respond to assist Law Enforcement in times of crisis and tragedy to help families affected to help them start the process of grieving & healing.

ROBERT BOWERSOX – MEMBER

Robert received his bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical engineering and astrophysics from the   University of Kansas in 1961.  As A distinguished Air Force R.O.T.C. graduate, he entered the US Air Force as a pilot and continued his training at Squadron Officers School, Command and Staff. Volunteered and completed Air Force Escape/Evasion in Sierras, Prison of war compound in desert and US Navy survival at sea training, Norfolk, VA. Resigned after service in Europe, Arabia, and 110 combat missions in Vietnam, being awarded four Combat Air Medals.  Robert continued flying with Continental Airlines for 33 years as a line pilot, instructor, and FAA check pilot. During those same years he owned and operated Air Quest Aviation in Santa Paula, CA., moved to Mesa, AZ and opened a successful Barbecue restaurant. His move to Conroe, Texas came just prior to his retiring with Continental, and the start of Westland Construction Company, which builds new homes and remodels existing ones. As a member of Mims Baptist Church, he lectured, and supervised Evangelism Outreach. Robert considers it an honor to be of any help in God’s work at Eagles Nest Ministry.

ROD BROUSSARD – MEMBER

Rod has been in the land development and Real Estate business for over 30 years here in Montgomery County and is the owner of Broussard Properties, a real estate firm, located in Willis, Texas.  He along with his bride Rebecca live in The French Quarter on Lake Conroe, one of the many land developments Rod is personally responsible for. Some of his other developments include Hilltop Ranch, Lake Breeze On Lake Conroe and Old Kentucky Farms.  Rod grew up in Willis, graduating from Willis High School. Being active in the community has always been important, as such Rod participates in GHBA, Greater Houston Builders Association and as a board member for Eagles Nest Ministries here in Conroe.

REBECCA BROUSSARD – MEMBER

Rebecca is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching in Elementary Education and a Master of Education in Supervision with a Reading Specialization, and Mid-management Certification.  She taught kindergarten through 5th grade in Huntsville I.S.D., teaching multi-age classrooms as well.  She was a campus administrator in Spring I.S.D. and Willis I.S.D., and a central office administrator in Willis I.S.D.  During her years as a public education teacher and principal, she was also a consultant for service centers and school districts throughout the state of Texas, teaching teachers how to do "reading/writing workshop and balanced literacy," which is now a state requirement.  After leaving public education, she taught for Sam Houston State University for approximately 10 years in the education department as an adjunct professor teaching literacy/assessment classes to students who were about to graduate and begin their career as elementary teachers.  Over the years, many honors have been bestowed upon Mrs. Broussard from various groups such as International Reading Association, Sam Houston Area Reading Council, New Jersey Writing Institute and S.H.S.U. for her work in literacy.  She currently serves on the Willis I.S.D. School Board and has for 15 years, where she gives back to her community and school district.  She also serves on the Lone Star Family Health Advisory Board of Conroe and is a member of The Republican Women of Lake Conroe.  She is married to Rod Broussard.  They live in the French Quarter on Lake Conroe and attend church at Woods Edge Community Church in The Woodlands. They are proud of their 9 grandchildren, ages 1 year to 15 years.  It will be a dream come true to work with her daughter, Ashley Fayle, owning, teaching, and managing their own private early childhood center.  She believes readiness skills are of the utmost importance for children entering first grade and knows L.C.C.A. can get students there through small class sizes, differentiated learning, excellent highly qualified teachers, engaging creativity, critical thinking and fostering a love of learning.
